I need help in understanding the impact of job profile change.
My company is posting a new job within my department. This new post will be somewhat different than my current role and job profile we posted while going through LC and I-140 approval. Also I will be reporting to different Manager. If I accept this new position which is a promotion, will it have any impact on my GC processing? I will change band and expect 5 to 10 K increase.
I will appreciate any one sharing some information. Thanks
Priority date Feb 2008, I - 140 approved Nov 2008, waiting for current date. On H1-B for last 7.5 years with extension.
