Has any got their labor certifications (State and Federal)cleared who have filed for the GC after Feb 2001?

Hi,
   Mine was applied withe SESA in Feb 2001 and got cleared in Sep 2001. It is sitting in Federal from Sep 2001 till now and has not been approved.

may be some progress in May

I have heard from my immigration coordinator that a reply is being sent some time in April/May and we may hear about some progress in the near future.
But if the rumors about layoffs are true then we can forget about GC
