Spouse's status after I140 approval and job change

Hi,
I am on L1A Visa and my spouse is on L2. My I140 and I485 were applied concurrently on Sept. 28th 2005 (before retrogression). My spouse's I485 was not filed because of insufficient paperwork.

A. When can I add my spouse to my application ?

B. Now if after my I140 approval and after 6 month of applying 1485, if I change the job then what will be the status of my spouse ?

I-140 approval will not change anybody's staus.since ...you have not filed I-485 for her she continues to remain on L2..if you are from retro country then you have to wait for numbers to become current in your category to file her i-485..........when you will change your job still her status will depend on you...if you are using L1/H1 then she can opt for l2/H4....but if you are using EAD then she becomes sort of out of status............................

Adding wife to approved I-485

Hi,
My I-485 date got current on june 1st and before I could send my spouse's I-485 application, my I-485 got approved according to online status on june 3rd. I havent yet recieved the letter by mail. Can I still send her application or she has to immediately leave the country?
Can she stay here on medical ground as she is 34 weeks pregnant?
what are my options???
please help.........
