spouse's I485 is pending approval

Here are our case details -
PD - 09/2000 EB2 (SUB Labor Cert.)
I140/I485 - Filed 12/2004
I140 AD 01/2005
I1485 AD 06/20/2006 for me
GC received on 07/18/2006

Still waiting for spouse's approval process. They have send an RFE for marriage certificate on 06/29 and our attorney responded on 07/12/2006 and the status changes to RFE received on 07/17. Anybody in the same boat? Please share your LUDs and updates.
 
RFE is for marriage certificate..we submitted along with the application...don't know why USCIS put RFE on marriage certificate.

They have received it on 07/17/06.

Also the LUDs are changing almost every day ever since they received the RFE.

07/17, 07/18, 07/19, 07/20 and 07/21 but not the status. The status still shows as -

Current Status:

i got LUD's almost everyday after they recd. my RFE response and my 485 was approved.. good luck

My attroney responded to the RFE on 7/12 but I am yet to receive the RFE received status update. What should I do?Any suggestions please form anyone.

So what happened after that.. any new updates on your case?

Hi ugotme1999 was there any +ve outcome of your RFE since you hav been having these regular LUDs?
 
I have received the RFE for my spouse and it was about medical records. I have mailed them to USCIS last week. My spouse's file was updated for the last four days but no activity today.

Any thoughts on why they are taking so much time ???

We haven't seen any updates to LUD after 07/21 to my wife's case. I was reading murthy.com website and Ms. Murthy is talking about no visa numbers available in August and September for EB2 category even the priority date is met. Concerned about this as we are in EB2 category.

Any ideas or thoughts on this?

My case was approved on 06/20 too. My wife got RFE on marriage certificate. USCIS received it on 07/17. LUD changed continously for a week until 07/21 and nothing after that.
