My I485 is pending at NSC since Sep 2004. My PD is Jan 2003. Since the dates are current for my PD in June, my attorney filed my wife's I85. Its been more than 2 weeks and I haven't got a receipt notice nor the checks have been deposited yet. He has send the packet to Chicago, IL instead of NSC saying
that since my application is already on file, it has to go to Chicago, IL. The instructions say that all the employed based applications need to be sent to NSC. I'm concerned if Chicago is the right place to send the documents to? I hope the application doesn't get rejected because of this. Is anyone in a similar situation as mine? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
