Spouse's filing I-485

Hello,

I am going to file my spouse's I-485 two months after filing of my I-485.

Do i need I-485 receipt to file my spouse's I-485?
Do i need to wait for I-485 reciept for filing spose I-485?

Is there another way to file e.g. attaching my I-140 and cover letter explaining match up with my file.

Guess you have to.

I don't know the exact answer. But I guess you have to attach a copy of 485 receipt when you file your spouse's 485. This is what my lawyer did.

How many days it takes to get receipt for I-485 at Vermont?
I heard that it is 4 weeks??? or does it depend on case??
