Spouse's EAD

Hello All,

We (dependent spouse and me) applied concurrently for EAD/AP/I485 on Dec 4, 2002 in TSC. I just checked the status online and it informs me that my I140 has been approved.

Additionally, my wife's EAD has been approved, but mine is still pending.

Has anyone else encountered this? What are the steps after this? I would very much appreciate any feedback. I cannot even celebrate cuase my EAD still seems to be in limbo.

Once again, any ideas?

Most of the times, both primary and dependent applications are not approved at the same time.
it's normal.

I am also in same boat

My wife's EAD got approved. Mine is still pending. My I-140 also still in pending

The reason for my question was that my I140 was approved, but EAD has not yet been approved.

My wife is a dependent and her EAD is approved. I just thought it was pretty strange.

From what I gather from the two replies is that "I still have to wait". The only positive thing for me, would be that I can now apply for an iEAD with a little more confidence considering that my I140 has been approved.
