spouse waiting for approval?

i wanted to see if there is any logic with spouse cases waiting for approval.

If one is approved and spouse not,

1) did you file together?
2) did your spouse work with EAD?
3) Did your spouse travel without you?
4) did your apouse go to school?



I am trying to find out as I would answer yes to all of these and wondered if this might seperate our cases. I had some problems with the SEVIS registration as a student as I was not on a student visa, but an H4.

my wife approved in Dec, 2004 and i'm still waiting

1) did you file together? yes and we did FP togethor in Sep 2004
2) did your spouse work with EAD? yes
3) Did your spouse travel without you? NO
4) did your apouse go to school?? NO

thnaks mnhakeem, I hope you get your approval soon, at least you know you are not alone, there are many of us waiting.
Maybe it is the EAD use that means spouses have to wait- I wonder if anyone is waiting without spouse working?

I have got my approval and got stamping done on 17 th.

What is your status ? Have you been approved? I was thinking about you when I was flying back after the stamping )
