Spouse waiting for approval (May 2002!!!)

My case was approved in Oct. 2004, but my spouse is still waiting...... who knows what is going on in USCIS

I got approved in Sep-2004.

My wife and Kids not approved yet. Their H4 visa is getting expired this month end.

I don't know what to do?

Not interested to file AP. I don't want to Pay INS $500.

Count me in, May 2002, by the way just got EAD approved( took about 45 days online application) of course the card hasn't arrived yet, hopefully someone noticed in TSC that my case is OLD!!!!!
 
Three weeks back I called the 800 number and informed TSC that my dependant application is not approved and is separated from family. Nothing happened and surpisingly today my LUD changed (not my spouse's). I am not sure if it means anything.
 
hey- did any of you get RFE for spouse?
those who got spouse approved-did you get RFE for spouse or just spouse approval?
