I have applied for concurrent I-140 & I-485 in the month of November 2004. At that time my wife was on F1 VISA.
I am maintaining H1B visa.
Now my question is is my wife's F1 VISA still valid
1. IS it valid in US
2. Is it valid for reentry
I guess the answer is no for reentry. She will be using AP.
But do she have to follow all norms of F1 VISA or she being just pending I-485 holder she needs to follow that norms.
