Spouse Visa Stamping in US

Checked all these sites, could not find any clear details on How to file for spouses.

Can Any one let me know clearly what is the procedure to file spouses application with mine(together) for Visa re-validation with Visa office at St. Louis?

Exactly the same way as you file for yourself. Fill out DS-156, attach photos, pay fees, send original I-797 notice of approval of either spouse's H4 or your H1.
