My Wife and son needs to travel to India. So far I have not applied for AP. Our I-94 expired in feb 03. I have got H1 extension. But PP is not yet stamped. What is the best option for my spouse and kid to travel on H4 ?. Can they travel and then get their PP stamped in India.?My wife had worked for some time using her EAD.Does she need to travel using AP.?
