Dear all,

My wife submitted her EAD/AP with I485 in early June. The LUD for her EAD/AP changed to Aug. 8 but nothing was received. We called NSC and was told a letter, the contents of which is unknown to the operator, was sent on Aug. 8. We called post office and they couldn't locate a regular mail.

I am wondering if anyone on board might have similar experience. If so, could you kindly offer some suggestions?

Could we ask NSC to re-send the letter in a registered mail?
What could be in this letter?

You can inquire back about the letter after 15 days of the issue of the letter, and request another copy after 30 days.
