Spouse Status Updated after FP. Mine still old

Myself and my spouse got our fingerprinting done on 9/11/2004.

On 9/15/04 my spouse's application status got updated to Fringer Printing Results received and processing resumed.

however my LUD has not changed yet.

Anybody else seen a similar behavior . Please post your experiance.

well, my I-140 has been approved a couple months ago, and LUD has changed the day of approval, but the message didn't change. It still sounds like it is pending.

On a related note, my wife's fingerprints for the first FP call did not work, as stated on USCIS letter calling us for FP2 (see a thread I opened a couple days ago). But they did update her online status, it read:

On xxxxx 2002, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review.

This is how it still reads in fact. What the message is really saying is: you FPs are unusable, so we won't review them !
