Spouse\'s Application:CIBA all please help! : very concerned.

My wife\'s application was a follow-to-join case and she filed for her I485 (ND:11/02/00). My case was approved on 01/26/01. She received her EAD, AP in 02/01 and her fingerprints were done on 02/01. We are still waiting for an approval for her case. I have spoken to IIO\'s at CSC without avail. I see here lots of cases being approved from 01/01 onwards. Can somebody let me know what to do about this?

There are quite a few folks with ND 11/00 or earlier
waiting. Don\'t worry about it. CSC will eventually
get to your wife\'s case. If you cannot wait, send
them a fax or a formal inquiry. You should make a
point by emphasizing that your case was approved
long time ago.
