Spouse Received 2nd FP, Mine's Not received

Both of us having same RD(Mar-02). My spouse's case is a derivative case with my case. Last time for Advance Parole they asked for Home address for my spouse which we have sent & received the Advance Parole at residence address. I haven't change my address(Still with my Lawyer's address).

To my surprise my wife got 2nd FP notice during December-03 end(It seems they have changed the address based on the Advance Parole). I haven't received anything so far from VSC.

Any suggestion on what to do?

Online/Phone status is showing the old message for both of us.
 
Same case as mine!

Call you lawyer, he/she should have a copy of your 2FP notice, which you never received.

Your lawyer will always get the copy of FP Notice. ask lawyer to send you the notice..

Spoke to IIO (INS 800 number). They said they don't have any access to personal information. My lawyer hasn't received my 2nd FP notice.
The INS officer I have spoken told that they can send a letter to VSC only after their processing date(Currently Jan 31st-2002) is greater than my RD(03/19/2002). She also mentioned that I can send a letter to VSC though directly raising my concern which my lawyer also suggested.

So back to the endless loop of INS(Will send a letter to INS tomorrow).
Any comments/suggestions?
