Spouse Plastic Card!!

Hi All, I got my Plastic card in 3 weeks after interview (6/9/05) though both me and spouse had received approval letters from the Regional Office 1 week after interview.
Besides I got three I -797's from VT all under my name....
Whats up with all of this? Any clue in delay with my spouse's Plastic card ?

We are looking to relocate but stuck due to her plastic card
