Dec 09 - Submitted I-130 to USCIS
Dec 12 - Notice of Receipt from CSC
No updates on case status online till May 2011, when it showed initial review,
Jun 1 - I-130 Approved by CSC and peition sent to NVC,
when I checked with my attroney in April 2011, she said it may take some time to approve my I-130 since the priority date is not current for me,
But got my approval in about 5 months. which is the time listed in the USCIS website.
