Here is the situation:
- My sister lives in South Asia
-My sister's husband is in the Ph.D program at Purdue University, Indiana, USA.
- I am a U.S.Citizen , already applied (sponsor) for my sister (while single) 3 years ago.

Question:
My sister's husband(Ph. D program) is planning to apply for his wife (my sister) so that she can enter to the USA to live with her husband(Ph.D)
* * Do you think , my sister will get U.S. Visa [ I am woundering -- while U.S.Embassy will search their databse, they will find out that I (U.S.citizen) already applied for her (my sister, wife) 3 years ago ]
* * Do you think-- U..S Embassy will deny the visa (which applied by her husband)?
