If your spouse is a US Citizen, he can apply for a fiance visa (Form I-129F) for you. That will probably be the fastest way for him to bring you to the USA.

Once you are in the USA, he can sponsor you for the Permanent Resident Card (Green Card: Form I-485). You'll be able to get an Employment Authorization Document (EAD card: Form I-765) almost immediately (within a month after that).

Then they'll schedule an interview for the both of you to attend within 3 months to a year. In the interview, if the BCIS officer is satisfied it is a genuine marriage, he'll issue a Conditional Permanent Resident Card. Initially it will be a seal on your passport, and you'll receive the actual card by mail in a few months after that.
90 days before the second anniversary of the issuance of your Conditional Permanent Resident Card, you'll have to apply for the Removal of Conditions (Form I-751). This is very important to be filed on time. Because if you don't, your Permanent Resident status will be revoked, and you'll be deportable.

90 days before the third anniversary of the issuance of your Conditional Permanent Resident Card, you can apply for US Citizenship (Form N-400) based on marriage to a US Citizen.
