The NVC sent me the biographic information forms but it did not have my spouse's name on the documents. I am an EB3 candidate with counsular processing option. Is this normal? If not what do I need to do to rectify this? Would really appreciate your help.

From your post it is not clear whether this is a simple oversight by NVC or
your wife was not part of the I-140 Process.
Was she part of the I-140 process? If so, has a fee bill been gerated for her,
and payment made?
If the above have happened in your case, then the bar coded sheet in
Packet 3 should have her name on it. If not, then you need to approach
the NVC (through attorney) to include your wife's name in the process.
