My spouse had her maiden name till greencard . Now we are thinking of using husbands last name when we are ready to file for N 400 citizenship application in the column "name change" . We do have a marriage certificate from India at the time of marriage.
Does any one have experienced - any delay in the process or additional evidence (such as why we did not do before etc etc.) ?? any other hints ?
