Hi..
My Wife got an RFE for her medicals, as our INS approved physician didn't complete the form properly for the first time when we did the medical 18 months ago, now RFE clearly asks her to do all the medicals as 18 months passed from her first medicals, she is pregnant now and obviosuly can't do few tests, my lawyer is saying that probably my wife's case might not be approved until she does those tests and she said My wife can do those tests after the delivery..
I found it very hard to believe.. Did any one go through this kind of issuse.. Your input will be very much appreciated...
