Spouse Lost Job, Interview in 15 days

We had applied for my Green Card earlier this year. Our interview appointment has been scheduled for October 27, but as unfortunate as it is, my spouse (also my sponsor, when it comes to I-864 Affidavit of Support), lost her job on October 5.

My spouse was making approximately 3 times the poverty line before she lost her job. However, our savings are limited.

What are our options from here on?

Thanks in advance.

No, I have not been able to get a job as yet. There might be a few family members that might be willing to joint-sponsor. I'm believing that the only requirement they need to fulfill when it comes to income is to be making more than the poverty line (approximately around $18-19,000)?

Is there any form of leniencies that the USCIS gives? Like a 90 day grace period to find another job or something of the sort?

Thanks!

The requirement is 125% of the poverty line for their household size. For the purpose of the I-864, the household size will include themself plus their spouse plus their dependent children plus you, plus other immigrants they have sponsored or joint sponsored in the present or past*, plus maybe other people depending on certain conditions (see the I-864 instructions for details). So that could stretch it to over $30K.

The interviewer might give 30 or 60 days to provide evidence of a new job or find a joint sponsor, but there is no guarantee of that.

*except those for whom the sponsorship obligation has terminated because they are no longer a permanent resident or they have accumulated 40 credits for Social Security

How are they gonna know she lost her job if you don't tell her since she was employed when you filed?
