Spouse Last name on Passport VS Marriage Certificate

My spouse last name on American Passport is similar to my last name, but on social card and marriage certificate she has a different last name.

When i fill N-400 which Last name shall i put in the application for my spouse ?

i am filing as married to US Citizen for 3 years, which is my spouse ?

Would it be a problem the name on marriage certificate different from name on American Passport ?

Please advice i am due for citizenship next week.

I don't know, I would put her current name unless the application asks you for maiden name. I think I was in a similar situation and I think I put my spouses married name in the application.
