Guy please help me with this issue.
I am going through L1 to H1 with COS effective from Oct 1. My wife has L2 stamped on her passport which is valid till May 2006. She is in India now.
1) Can she travel from India to US on her L2 after Oct 1 even though mine will be changed from L1 to H1.
2) Can she travel from India to US on her L2 before Oct 1? If this can happen than how will I change that from L2 to H4 ?
If anybody has any idea please advise me. Any help is appreciated.
