im a GC holder for last 5 yrs Now applying for CZ.got married last yr .my wife is a canadian immigriant.she come to US on visit .but lives in canada due to her studies.

Part 8(info about spouse) E,3 spouse immigration status.
if i tick others .what should i write in it.
