Our I-485s are in process with INS and we have an experiance of using our first AP which is expired now. Due to an certain emergency reason, my spouse had to leave immediately before filing for new AP. Now my spouse is in her home country for the last 7 months. Now, I am trying to bring them back to US. Is it possible? If so, what are the options? I really appreciate for your answers.
