Spouse I-485 Approved and Received Approval Copy together with the Reply to 'Level 2 Fax' that case has been approved.
Stamped at LA today.

Principal I-485 Approved 09/2002 after RFE,AC21, Stamped on 09/26/2002, got Plastic Card today.
spouse I-485 Approved : 11/2002 After Leve 2 fax to IN, Stamped at LA office today. INS LA office doesn't collect I-94 or EAD card, AP etc. Just stamp your passport.
when INS folks do work, they do work following the procedures, otherwise file may be somewhere and no one cares !!
Looking at my Case, I'm hopefull that everyone will get it sooner or later.
