Spouse I-485 application

I completely apologize for re-posting this. I posted this a few days ago on another forum and did not get a response.

I am applying for my spouses I-485 AOS based on my pending I-485 employment based AOS.

Do I need to submit an affadvit of support Form I-864 or I-134?? Please someone let me know. I have everything ready for filing.
