Spouse Finally Approved...:-) :-)

I just wanted to come in , to share with you all a good news. My Spouse had her case finally approved this morning .

Her case was filed in TSC Sep 2003
She had two EAD's and two AP's.
Two finger printing done

Ultimately, It was yesterday that i checked with my attorney if she could use her valid Parole Document to travel to INDIA. and he said "Yes.. !"
So, i had booked her tickets and her travel plans were all set !!

Voila, this morning the whole scenario changed and now we would have to wait for her card, before she is off on a vacation.

Anyways, for all those who are waiting, i just wanted to let you all know...All of you are in my prayers and approvals would start coming one by one ..Dont lose hope ya'll...I will always be sooooooooooooooooooo grateful to this forum which has consistently been giving me and so many others great and amazing news and updates.

Once again, all you guys rock !!!!!!!!!!!

Could you share your category or your PD were also retrogressed.

Mine is in oct-03 and PD dates were retrogressed but now they have been current in new Feb VISA bulletin
 
Congratulations!!

Even we are in the same boat...Spouse is still pending..

Can you please summarize the steps you had taken to get it approved. It would be helpful for all of us waiting here..

Same here. Spouse is pending. See my signature.
We even have one same LUD date for spouse.

Con! BTW, I would get the passport stamped asap in this case if the card were not received in a week. Of course, it all depends on how soon the vacation is. Enjoy!

Spouse Card..

My category was EB2 from TSC.

As far as me doing any action from my side, i never did anything . Literally,she got her second finger printing notice and she went for her finger printing.

After that, we never had any case updates or information for about 3 months and then all of a sudden on Jan 16th, she had her case approved.

There were no LUD's , no date changes, NO case update information ...Nothing...

Hope this information helps.....
