Spouse EAD/485

Hi Friends

I got my EAD and gave finger prints in June 2002 and hoping to get a decision on my 485 approval around March/Apr 2003.
(Vermont Service Center)

I got married in Sep 02 and my wife has come on L1 visa. I applied for her EAD/485

Will she get her EAD in couple of months and her 485 approval decision is made along with mine ?

Yes, her EAD should arrive in a couple of months. Her 485 approval will be based on her 485 RD/ND, and not on yours.
