I am needing some advice from you people with regards to an issue that I am facing ,
My Wife had a F1 visa ( Student Visa ) and currently in her H4 visa . I am about to file my I-140 and I-485 concurrently, the problem here is that we do not have a copy of her I-20 and neither does the University were she went to school .
My lawyers need the I-20 for the concurrent filing because her passport shows that she was in the country with a F1 .
Has anyone faced such a situation ion their past ? Any help you be really appreciated ,
