I am thinking about filing for my wife's 485/EAD/AP without lawyer because my company does on cover that expense and lawyer is asking over 1500 dollars for this.
Anyone who has experience filing for spouse based on principal applicant's 485 receipt may please answer these simple questions:
- Is the process simple? forms etc.
- ANy potential issues I should be aware of?
- Will my wife's case be delayed or adjuicated separately?
