Spouse Case Finally Approved

Today finally after exactly 31 months of filing 485 my spouse's case got approved. :D :D :D :D :D


My case got approved last june and her approval was pending due to delay in name check. Finally in May, FBI sent the name check to USCIS and within one month of name check being sent she was approved. Wish all people with pending applications best of luck.

gc_2000 i called the FBI and they told me when they sent the response over to USCIS. I recommend you calling them too for your spouse's case. I got the number from some post on this board itself.

My spouse left several messages in FBI voice mail box in last 3 months and never got any response back. Don’t know why.
 
gc2000, i left several messages too. I first tried FBI in April no luck. Then again beginning May and then finally in end May when they replied.
