My case,primary, was approved on 3/18. We just heard the AVM that my spouse(ID:noakland) got approved on 4/8.
Lawyer sent an fax inquiry in the end of March and quickly got back from CSC on 4/1 saying case would be assigned to an officer. Actually I called the CSC before asking the lawyer to inquiry and was told that case was assigned on 3/13. Anyway, there were some conficts here. But I would like to say that the fax inquiry worked. My lawyer also said that CSC is very responsive to fax inquiry now.
So to all those whose spouses\'cases are still pending, your cases could be approved at any time.
