Dear All..

My husband is permanent resident (GC holder) working in US. We got married in US in Dec 2011 and my GC for spouse I-130 was applied in July 2012, decision pending, Acknowledgement received Nov 2012. Status is initial review currently. I live outside US and hold 10 year US visit (B1) visa. I've been on H1 and F1 visas from 2000-2007, never overstayed. My concerns are:
1. When will my case be approved? Normally how long it takes, I'm Indian PP holder.
2. Since I have US visit visa, can I go to US and apply for adjustment of status I-485 now?
3. Or do I need to wait for I-130 decision to apply for adjustment?
4. What are other ways to speed up my entry and living in US?

Any guidance, suggestions, comments are appreciated. Pls assist.
Thanks..

No. You'll probably be refused entry if the officer is aware of the pending I-130. And even you get past that, you'll be denied for using a tourist visa to enter with preconceived immigrant intent. While spouses of US citizens are generally treated leniently on the immigrant intent issue, your husband is a permanent resident so you can't expect that lenience.
