Spouse 485 added later - adjudication together or separate?

hi!

   apped my 485 (ead/ap/fp) in 05/2001 - NSC
   got married in 12 / 2001
   apped for spouse\'s 485(ead/fp/ap) in 01/2002.

   will my 485 be adjudicated before her\'s? will mine be done by 05/2002? and her\'s around 12/2002?

Sometimes they match them up and adjudicate them together, sometimes not

Typically, one single case (EAC #) is adjudicated at one time (at least up until the end of 2001).

I believe that its he same; assuming that they haven\'t revamped their processing for efficiency.

Since my FP is done, I assume that my application has advanced (8 mths out of the 12 months done).

my spouse\'s process begins now, their FP will be due in 3-4 months from now, and then another few months for adjudication.

does it make sense then for these applications to be under the single case.

unless my spouse will get it with me, ie in May!
