Primary approved in May while spouse still pending. In May called INS for status and was told within an officer and should hear very soon. But time passes by and no news. Decided to call 1-800 number and asked specifically what is the status, if 2nd FP is needed, and so on and so forth. Told they will forward inqueries to VSC. Today received the 2nd FP Notice.
If already with officer, why 2nd FP? Who so long after with offier? How long after 2nd FP?
