My I-485 was approved yesterday, but today we received an update for my wife’s application stating that they had sent a notice requesting further evidence/information.
We both had I-485 RFEs relating to TB skin tests which we performed and replied to. My application was approved, but not my wife’s as yet. Clearly we’re only guessing at this stage until we receive the actual notice, but what could this secondary RFE be about?
Is it typical/usual/ok for a dependent beneficiary to get scrutinized in this way even when the primary applicant has been approved?
My application was EB1C.
