Spouce RFE for Medical (I-485) - Please reply
Yesterday, I got the RFE for my spouce for Medical. Doctor did not fill the form properly. My spouce case is the derivative and I'm the primary applicant but my case status is still the same. The LUD date is changed only for my spouce, mine is still showing the old. Gurus.. any idea?
