Me and my husband both are on H1 Visa and my parents have interview scheduled in second week of december at Chennai. My husband is sponsoring them for B2 visa this time. We have sent my documents also, but in the invitation letter or sponsorship letter my name is not included. I have read in some of the forums that if daughter is working on H1, its better if the daughter do the sposnorship or atleast her name should be included in the sposnorship letter. Is it true? Anybody got visa denied becoz of this reason? Please provide your feedback or share the experience.
