Sporse and child's case approved

The following info might be useful for some of you.

My spouse and child's I-485 have been approved recently. The approval happened 4 months after my approval and 4 and half months after their FPs.
ND Aug.2002

The only thing I have done prior to the approval was asking my attorney to make an inquiry about "primary applicant's case has apprioved and dependents are still pending". The approval happened one week after that.

Congrats! 4 months is quite a delay. I am expecting the same in my case.

BTW if the delays is because of the finger print or the FBI name check issue?

I am not quite sure. Name check might not be the problem because all of our names are not popular. It seems that the FP was cleared 2 weeks after FP and I guess the cases were just sitting there afterward.
