Sponsorship through Parents or Spouse?

Hello everyone!

A little background, I came here when I was a child in 1994, overstayed by visa. I currently have an EAD through the DACA program, in which I need to reapply for the third time at the end of the year (exp March 2017).

My parents are GC holders about to apply for their citizenship in July, which at that time, they will submit sponsorship for me.

Only thing is, my fiancé is a full-time student doing student teaching now and graduating in May. I am uncertain of how job placement will look in the Fall. I currently make 90k/year and I won't have any problem supporting both of us.

My question is, do I file for adjustment alongside my parents, or do I wait until the end of the year when I get married and then file through my spouse?

Your fiance is a US citizen, right? Definitely through your spouse. You will be in the Immediate Relative category which does not require you to be in status in order to do Adjustment of Status (you are not in status). Over-21 child of citizen (as well as any child of permanent resident) are not in the Immediate Relative category which means you cannot do Adjustment of Status while out of status.
