Just a few questions about being sponsored by a spouse. My boyfriend (A Canadian citizen) and I (a US Citizen) plan to be married upon my upcoming visit in October. We were wondering if I would be able to work while being sponsored by him, are there any permits to be applied for, if I attend school is it as a US Citizen, or do I need a study permit, etc. We tried finding this information on the CIC website but were only able to find what we already know about sponsorship. Thanks for any input!
