Hello Everyone,
I have cleared the FPGEE, TOEFL and TSE.The TSE I cleared after a 2nd shot and got my 50 pass in January 18,2006.I called the NABP last week and was told my cert is in process! And my I-94 expires mid april,2006. I still have not gotten a sponsor to do my intership!
Someone please help me with these three questions:
1) I applied for an extension of my I-94 in 2004. It was denied but approved after I had appealed:all thru a lawyer. I went home immediately it was approved and came back to the US after 6 months.Can I apply a second time and what are my chances of getting an approval?
2)Would I get another I-94 for 6 months if I visit Canada for 3 months?
3)Would I have to go home to my country even if I get sponsorship or applied for change of status from B2 to H1B? How long does it take to get apporval for H1B?
I would really appreciate someone helping me with answers for these questions.
