Hello there,
My parents will be visiting me in the states pretty soon. Right now, my H1 B Visa is thru a consulting firm and presently Im not on a project. So, I dont have recent pay stubs. My father's sister is a green card holder and she's been in this country for over 20 years. Can she send the sponsorship forms to my parents instead of me?
If it matters my parents are retired and under 60. Any help would be greatly appriciated.
