My brother applied sponsorship for me in Dec 2002. I received a letter from INS that the case has been approved and I am now waiting for the Immigrant Visa since 2009.
I checked the Visa Bulletin (August 2013) and INS is processing July 2001 cases.
During this time my parents are now US citizen since 2010.
While my application is in process can my parents apply for me as the INS is processing Dec 2002 cases. In this way my case priority date will change.
If they can what is the process ?
I really appreciate if someone can help me.
