I'm sponsoring my wife's parents and brother. My wife's brother he just turned 21 and studying Mech engineering.PROBLEM: Before he started studying engineering he repeated 1 course of grade 12th. During that time he took only this course and got admission in engineering college following year. So basically he has 1 year of gap in study. Yesterday I was reading info on cic's website. They've stated that the person must be under the age of 22 and studying full time. I think he has 1 year of gap before he started his engineering. I would really appreciate if anyone can help or suggest in how to proceed?
