sponsoring visitors when 485 pending..

Hello friends..
my 485 is pending (and it is not going to be approved any time soon).. I am still working on my H1b.. is sponsoring your parents for
a visit to the US any different in this situation?.. can you please tell me what form should I fill out for the parents\' visit?
